Recruitment is no longer a quest, this is a date.

Uniios sets up the meeting between candidates and companies on one basis alone: skills and desire.
No CVs to sift.
No applications into the void.
Explicit sorting, a match, a 30-minute meeting.

The principle

We make the sorting objective. You keep the choice.

With Uniios, we separate the 2 major stages of recruitment:

The sorting, that is our job.

Each skills card states what the candidate knows, can do, and wants to do.
They are matched against companies' needs on explicit, weighted and auditable criteria.
Anonymously and until the match, neither the candidate's CV nor the company's reputation enters the equation.

The choice stays human, on both sides.

The company decides who it wants to meet. The candidate decides whether to accept the meeting.
Then thirty minutes of video for what cannot be measured: the meeting.

What we do not do

An algorithm that sorts, never an algorithm that decides

Our method is explainable: every match can be justified, criterion by criterion, and AI has nothing to do with it.
No filtering decision is made by the machine, it is a design principle, and it is also what European regulation requires.
We neutralise form biases in the sorting phase (layout, network, photo, name...).

The second phase, the meeting, is deliberately human and subjective: that is where the real choice plays out.

How it works

Two moments, one meeting.

01

A skills card, the same format for everyone.

02

A match on explicit criteria, anonymous until you want to meet.

03

A 30-minute video meeting, right on Uniios.
