What is a skills-based job description?
It describes a role by what the person needs to be able to do and know, ranked by priority, rather than by degrees or years of experience. You compare candidates on their actual skills and open your hiring to people coming from other jobs.
What happens to the text of my job ad?
Contact details it contains (names, emails, phone numbers) are masked before the analysis. It is only kept for the analysis, seven days at most, then deleted. Nothing is published without your consent.
Is it really free?
