1Data controller
UNIIOS operates the platform connecting candidates and companies that is accessible on this site.
For any question regarding the processing of your personal data, you can contact our data protection officer (DPO).
2Data we collect
Depending on your profile, we collect: your identity and contact details (last name, first name, e-mail, phone), your location, your background (experiences, diplomas, skills, languages), your CV, as well as, for companies, the legal and billing information of the company.
We also record technical data (connection logs, IP address) for security purposes.
3Purposes and legal bases
Your data is processed to: create and manage your account (performance of the contract), enable the candidate / company matching (legitimate interest and performance of the contract), send you communications (consent, revocable at any time) and comply with our legal obligations.
4Recipients and processors
Your data is accessible to authorized UNIIOS teams and, depending on the service, to our technical processors: hosting, payment (Stripe), artificial intelligence services for CV analysis and translation, and mapping. These providers act only on instruction and under a confidentiality commitment.
5Transfers outside the EU
When some processors handle data outside the European Union, these transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or adequacy decision).
6Retention periods
We keep your data for as long as necessary for the purposes described. Inactive accounts are anonymized after a period of inactivity. Security and audit logs are kept for limited periods. Accounting documents are kept in accordance with legal obligations.
7Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data.
From your account, you can at any time download a copy of your data, pause your profile or delete your account. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNPD (Luxembourg supervisory authority).
8Security
We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encryption of communications, password hashing, access control, logging and optional two-factor authentication.
9Cookies
We use cookies strictly necessary for the operation of the service and, where applicable, audience measurement cookies subject to your consent.
